Print-Friendly SharePoint Calendar / List Views & User Profiles Web Parts

We recently launched PrintZen, which lets you offer printer-friendly Views of SharePoint List, Calendar and other Web Parts. This article shows you how to integrate PrintZen with PeopleZen to offer print views for your User Profile Web Parts. Once you have both solution packages installed in your SharePoint environment — it's really easy.

Simply go to your PeopleZen Web Part's settings tool-pane and in the Miscellaneous section at the bottom, select any Print View under Offer the following print-friendly view in the Web Part menu:

That's it. If you only want to use PrintZen with PeopleZen and do not want to offer your Print Action in the SharePoint List ribbon or the Actions tool-bar menu, then you can:

• either deactivate the PrintZen List Integration Site Collection Feature,
• or edit the print view under Site Settings / PrintZen Studio / Print Actions, and on the Menu Item and Integration tab, under Show PrintZen menu item in the following Lists simply select Show in no Lists.
