Typically you need to run the installer as an administrative user that is also added (under SharePoint's Central Administration) to the Farm Administrators group. Right-clicking the deploy.exe wizard should give you an option to run as a specified account.

Thank you. That seemed to fix the problem. I had logged into the server with an account that was a Farm administrator, when I selected Run as Administrator it installed fine. Very Strange.

I am getting the following error when I try and install PrintZen. I am using a Domain Admin account on the SHarepoint server so I am not sure why it is giving me and Access Denied message/
