Bill, we have an undocumented cheat in there. The label goes away by using the "special" display name of ___ (that's 3 underscores!) I realize that this is a bit nasty, but it will do the trick for you.

So, I have read the Customizing bits and am gettting quite dangerous :-). What I would like to do, however, is a better job of formatting the individual items. For example, by default when I choose Title I see the following displayed:
Title: (users Title).
As we are trying to put our contact lists in a narrow right column, and we have long titles, these invariably wrap and don't look very nice at all. Examining the items in the IE Toolbar I see HTML that shows the Title and the Value. If I could at least suppress the Title then I could center the Value and it would look OK, but if I try to leave the Title blank in the web part nothing displays. By default when I add Title as a Field the Web Part panel shows Title: Title, the "empty" entry shows if I simply remoe the second part, leaving just Title. If I set this to Title: T-, then my display shows T-:(users Title).
I have not found in the CSS how to resolve this, any hints or suggestions on where to look?
Thanks!
