ExportZen can now do this -- re-download the most current build, re-install and your Export Action Definitions List(s) will now sport a new "Export Current View" check box. If ticked, the export action only ever exports items included in the currently displayed List View, applying its default sortings and filters; otherwise, all List items are exported, unfiltered and in their original sort order.

No known issues with this option -- yet! Works in our (admittedly simplistic) test use case of a Tasks List full of items and various filtered Views, all of which get exported with filters and sorting applied as prescribed by the View.

What kind of Lists, filters and/or Views are you using? How can we reliably reproduce this problem you're having?

Be aware that at this point, the "Export Current View"option applies the filters defined in the View, but not any filters resulting from end-users interactiving with the Column headers, Filter Web Parts or URL parameters.

An update: ExportZen 1.2 now not only supports exporting just the current List View, but also respecting any currently applied filters in the export. At this point this only works with filters supplied by FilterZen.
