the issue could be reproduced under certain circumstances, and fixed in a service update 1.4.0.1 --- tested only with Excel 2010 where the issue was reproduced and fixed. The fix uses a technique that has also been known to work in Excel versions 2003 and 2007 however.
As mentioned in the other thread about special Dutch characters, download this update directly from http://roxority.s3.amazonaws.com/roxority_ExportZen.zip rather than our download pages (since the newest build sometimes takes 24 - 48 hours to populate across all our CDN caches).

We use ExportZen to export some lists with usernames in it. In the dutch language names with "é" are common, like René.
But this is converted in the export to: René
Is there a way to make this work?
